Rodeo Workout!
4 x 10 push-ups
3 x 10 thrusters with 25lb feed sack

Friday, February 1st – chiropractor/Rest

Saturday, February 2nd – REST!!! I was so tired by the time I got home after working at the bakery AND the rodeo all week, I took a two-hour nap and then to bed for 10 hours!!

Sunday, February 10th –
3.3 mile run/walk – not a great run, I just didn’t feel good running. So, I ran and then walked and ran and walked until I made it home. It was nice to get out on my feet again, and I know the runs will get better.

12 hours working at the Rodeo

Monday, February 11th –
1.3 mile walk with Pearl

6 hours working at the Rodeo

Total Miles: 3.3 miles

Workouts 8/20-8/26

This week’s workouts were pretty light. I just wasn’t in the mood to run, although the couple days I did run, I felt great. Tuesday I went to the chiropractor after work, so that meant Wednesday needed to be a light exercise and stretching day. Also, I need to try very hard to keep up with stretching my body (back and legs especially) so the muscles don’t pull it out of alignment and make me go back to the chiropractor sooner than needed. Last week the Crossfit type workout on Friday was petty good, and it left me feeling the results until Monday! It really got my heart pumping and I felt like I had just sprinted a mile after I was done today. It looks easy, but let me tell you, its a challenge to finish all 50 reps of those exercises!

Saturday, August 20 –
AM: 4 hours shopping

PM: 45 min walk

Sunday, August 21 – 20 min walk

Monday, August 22 –
AM: 10 min walk, 20 min run, 5 min walk, 10 min yoga

Noon: 40 min walk

Tuesday, August 23 –
Noon: 40 min walk

Wednesday, August 24 –
AM: 10 minute walk, 15 min yoga

PM: 10 min eliptical, 60 min yoga

Thursday, August 25 –
AM: 8 min walk, 3.5miles in 32 minutes (9.06 min/mile average) 5 min walk, 5 min stretch

Noon: 25 min walk

Friday, August 26 –
AM: 15 min yoga, 5 min abs

Noon: Crossfit Met-Con Workout 25 min
50 reps of each exercise
1.Jumping Jacks
2.Ball Squats
3.Push-ups(20 decline, 10 regular, 5 decline, 5 reg, 5 decline, 5 reg)
4.Sit-ups(the real ones, all the way up, all the way down)
5. 12” Box Jumps
6. Dips on 12” Box
7. Walking Lunges (25 on each leg)
