Workouts 3/12 – 3/18

My family is visiting this week so I am trying to keep being active while still doing lots of fun stuff with them. It’s been hard to get my runs in, but we have been doing a lot of walking! I didn’t stretch or foam roll after my run on Friday – so I was sore on Saturday, boo!

Tuesday, March 12th –
5 mile bike ride
2 mile run

Wednesday, March 13th –
1 mile walk up and down 180 ft (10 stories!) at Natural Bridge Caverns

Thursday, March 14th –
3 mile run/walk

Friday, March 15th –
5.52 miles in 52 minutes

Saturday, March 16th –
20 minutes stretching and foam rolling

Sunday, March 17th –
7.23 miles in 71 minutes!!
20 minutes foam roll/stretch

Monday, March 18th –
2.25 miles run/walk with Pearl

Total Miles this week 20!!!!
