AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge – Day 9

Hm, another day of eating too much salt – but better than yesterday! Ugh, those darn french fries get me every time, even when I don’t order them!!! It also may have not been the best idea to start my 24 day challenge the week my family was coming to visit. It’s a good motivator to eat well all the time and not go crazy just because you’re eating out more often than you normally would.

3:30 AM: Probiotic and water

6:00 AM: grapefruit juice, orange juice and fiber drink

8:00 AM: salad with spinach, romaine, carrots, onion, 2 ounces roast beef, 1/2 ounce turkey, 2 hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers with mustard and balsamic dressing

9:45 AM: 12 ounces coffee

12:00 PM: 2.5 mile bike to lunch

12:15 PM: salad with shredded chicken, spring mix lettuce, sunflower seeds, onions, tomatoes, cucumber and basil vinagrette, several chili salt fries

2-4:00 PM: NAP

4:15 PM: 2.5 mile bike ride home
2 mile run with Pearl

6:00 PM: Vinegar marinated chopped salad with tomato, cucumber, cilantro, onion, & spices

Total Water ~80 ounces
