Today was not a good day for eats. Well, it wasn’t terrible, but I definitely ate some stuff that I wouldn’t normally eat and shouldn’t eat while on the 24 Day Challenge. But, that’s real life, you have to learn how balance everything. Goal for tomorrow – lots of water and less salty/processed/fried food.
7:00 AM: Probiotic and water
9:00 AM: short walk with Pearl
9:45 AM: Grapefruit and coffee (I just like coffee, not the caffeine really, just a good cup of coffee)
11:00 AM: walking on the Riverwalk, downtown and to southtown
12:30? PM: 2 grilled fish tacos, corn tortillas, avocado, cilantro, lime-slaw, some chips and lots of salsa! and a little guacamole
2:00 PM: Water with grapefruit and lime juice – just needed something else to drink
5:00 PM: 1/2 cucumber with spicy brown mustard
7:00 PM: chili and pulled pork with cilantro, 1 beer, french fries with ketchup
8:30 PM: 1 margarita with grapefruit juice, lime juice, 1 Tbsp honey
Total Water I’m guessing about 64 ounces…still NOT ENOUGH!!
