Wow, day 4 already and I’m not keeping very good track of my eating…oops! I’m just not meant to be a food blogger, or at least not one that takes pictures and actually posts them! :) I’m still feeling good, and today we change up the cleanse by taking probiotics in the morning and the cleanse caplets at night. I’m interested to see how the probiotics will affect me.
3:25 AM: 2 Probiotic Caps, 12 ounces of water
6:00 AM: 1/2 spark with 10 ounces of water
7:30 AM: salad with 8 ounces roast beef, spinach, romaine, shredded carrots, onion, and balsamic dressing, cucumber slices with spicy brown mustard
8:30 AM: 1/2 cup decaf coffee (I was cold again!)
12:00 PM: 4 pork ribs with bbq sauce, 1 1/2 c butternut squash, pickings from chicken enchiladas, 10 ounces decaf coffee with splash of chocolate almond milk
3:30 PM: 3.8 mile walk, 30 minutes yoga/stretching
6:00 PM: 8 ounces white fish(not sure what kind, but it’s good!), onion, celery, red bell pepper and zucchini stir fried
7:40 PM: Herbal Cleanse caplets
Total Water was 60 ounces….gotta drink more water!!!
