Ok, already day 3 and I’m feeling pretty normal. The saying about the Cleans is “gentle and uneventful” and that is definitely how I’m feeling.
6:00 AM: Strawberries, fiber drink, orange juice & grapefruit juice.
7:00 AM: banana
8:30 AM: 2 egg whites, 1 egg, jalapenos, onion, tomato, spinach cooked in olive oil, and cucumbers dipped in spicy brown mustard (ugly picture, I know)
1/2 Spark Drink
10:00 AM: small bite of white chocolate, had a few dates earlier in the morning
12:00 PM: 4 pork ribs with bbq sauce, 1 1/4 cup of butternut squash
4:30 PM: 1/2 Spark, 3 Catalyst
4.5 mile run
7:00 PM: Celery & Almond butter, 1/2 c chocolate almond milk plus water for hot chocolate (I got cold after my run!)
7:15 PM: 3 Herbal Cleanse Caplets
Total water 96 ounces plus spark and fiber drink.
