400 m warm-up
3 x 15 walking lunges each leg
3 x 10 hip openers with hurdles
4 x 200m repeat with 100m rest (1:06, 1:10, 1:07, 1:08)
2 x 400m repeat with 100m rest (2:19, 2:20)
800m (4:29)

Monday, December 31st – REST
