Workouts 11/27 – 12/3

Tuesday, November 27 –
3 mile walk
4 x 100m hill sprint with 100 m jog recovery

TABATA (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
Alternating Speed Skaters and Russian Twist (20 lb plate)

20 minutes – as many rounds as possible
100 m run
10 walking lunges with knee thrust
15 toes to bar on rings
10 should push press (10 lbs)

I finished 6.5 rounds. I didn’t even attempt the toes to ring at 19:15 on the clock!

Wednesday, November 28 –
2 mile walk

Thursday, November 29 –
5 mile run
Arm & Ab workout

Friday, November 30 –
2.5 mile run
60 reps abs
5 minutes stretching

Saturday, December 1 –
8.93 miles – mostly walking around town but ran 2 miles

Sunday, December 2 –
4 mile run in 38:30

Monday, December 3 –
100 workout while baking, do 100 reps of each exercise, per leg if one-sided exercise
Calf raises
Squats
Side kicks
Front kicks
Rear kicks

2 mile walk

Total Miles Run: 14.5
