Oh yes, it’s pumpkin season and I’m loving it! Today I whipped up a pumpkin pie smoothie to sip on during my busy morning at work. In my smoothie was:
1/2 can pure pumpkin
1 Tbsp brown sugar
~1c regular almond milk
1 tsp sugar
Lots of cinnamon
Blend and enjoy! It was a great way to start my day!
