Workouts 5/12 – 5/18

This was another week of random workouts. I didn’t stick to my workout schedule at all, but I did get two days of running and two days of weights. I was active everyday, so that was positive. We’ll try again next week for some consistency on the weight workouts.

Saturday, May 12th –
Afternoon: 45 minute walk

Sunday, May 13th –
AM: 45 minute walk on very hilly road
PM: 60 minute walk

Monday, March 14th –
Noon: 5 minute elliptical
3 x 10 squat with bar raised overhead (12.5, 12.5, 12.5)
2 x 20 crunches on fit ball

3 x 10 lunge with rear leg on bench (20, 20, 30)
2 x 10 straight leg raise on ab machine
3 x 15 calf raises on leg press (50, 50, 50)
2 x 10 side bend with 25 lb weight
3 x 10 single leg hamstring curl (10, 10, 10)

Tuesday, March 15th –
PM: 5.5 miles (53 minutes) 5 minute walk, 10 minute foam roll

Wednesday, March 16th –
Noon: 50 minute walk
3 x 10 dips
3 x 10 bicep curls
3 x 10 shoulder presses
3 x 10 tricep extensions

Thursday, March 17th –
Noon: 50 minute walk

Friday, March 18th –
AM: 15 minutes stretch/yoga

Total Miles: 5.5
