Workouts 2/11-2/17

So, this week is really a bad log because I’ve forgotten what I did. All I know, is that it started out with a bad run, but Tuesday night was better. I also worked at the Rodeo on Friday, but didn’t get any real exercise from that. All in all, it was not a good week. I ate too much and didn’t get enough physical activity.

Saturday, February 11th –
AM: 40 min run/walk, 5 min stretch – horrible run, had to turn around early and walk because I hurt and just wasn’t having a good run.

Sunday, February 12th – REST

Monday, February 13th –
Noon: 15 min walk
PM: 15 min walk

Tuesday, February 14th –
Noon: 15 min walk
PM: 6.26 mile run in 61 minutes – felt AWESOME!!!
20 minute foam roll

Wednesday, February 15th –
Noon: short walk

Thursday, February 16th – ??  

Friday, February 17th – ??

Total Miles: 9.26
