Workouts 1/28 – 2/3

Saturday, January 28th –
PM: 5.5 miles in 52 minutes, 10 min foam roll

Sunday, January 29th – REST

Monday, January 30th –
AM: 20 min run to track
6 x 400m repeats, 100m walk rest in between (1:40, 1:35, 1:41, 1:40, 1:35 1:39)
20 min run home
15 min yoga/stretch foam roll

Tuesday, January 31st –
AM: 10 pushups
20 chairdips
20 squats
20 lunges/leg
10 min yoga/stretch

Wednesday, February 1st –
AM: 5.6mile run, 52 minutes
5 min stretch

Thursday, February 2nd – REST

Friday, February 3rd –
AM: 4 mile run, ~36 min (I accidentally reset my watch after 33 min)
Arms pyramid
2 sets of the following:
*20 squats
*15 lunges each leg
*10 RDL’s w/10lbs
*20 calf raisers
5 min stretch

Total Weekly Miles: 21.1
