PM: 30 minutes round trip bike ride to small group and back

Tuesday, January 23rd –
PM: Arms & Legs Pyramid workout from Danica’s Monday workout
60 reps ab exercises

Wednesday, January 24th – REST

Thursday, January 25th – REST

Friday, January 26th –
AM: 35 min run, 5 min walk, 10 min yoga/stretch

Total Miles: 8.8
