Monday, December 26th –

Tuesday, December 27th – REST

Wednesday, December 28th –
PM: 20 min run to local track,
200m repeats with 200 m jogging recover (:45, :45, :45, :46, :47, :46: 45, ::48)
18 min run, 5 min cool down

Thursday, December 29th –
PM: 30 walk on riverwalk

Friday, December 30th – REST
