Today I am thankful for being able to wake up and have an abundance of foods to choose from to eat breakfast. Pumpkin spice latte and banana bread muffin sounded like a perfect way to start off my Thanksgiving day. We are actually eating the traditional meal tomorrow but I think today is still Thanksgiving day. I’ve got some baking and packing to do and then we are off to the ranch. Relaxing, open country spaces, here I come!
