Workout 11/5 – 11/11

Saturday, November 5 – 6 mile run, 10 min walk, 15 minutes stretch & yoga

Sunday, November 6 –  60 minutes yoga class

Monday, November 7 – 20-25 minute walk with two heavy bags through DFW airport, I was sweating by the end, so it totally counts as a workout!

Tuesday, November 8 –

Wednesday, November 9 –
3 x 10 reps push ups
3 x 15 reps squats
3 x 20 reps crunches on fit ball
3 x 12 reps chair dips
3 x 20 reps calf raisers
2 x 20 alternating V crunches with fit ball

Thursday, November 10 –
Noon: 20 min easy run, 5 min walk, 15 minute foam roll & stretch

Friday, November 11 –
PM: 30 minutes easy walk around the Health & Fitness Expo
