Workouts 8/6-8/12

Saturday, August 6 – 2 hrs scrubbing floors(hands & knees, I don’t believe in mops!) and other various domestic activities

Sunday, August 7 – 60 minute NYC Ballet workout

Monday, August 8 – Noon: Arms

Tuesday, August 9
AM: 5 M Run, 50 minutes
Noon: Legs

Wednesday, August 10 – Noon: Arms

Thursday, August 11 –
AM: 45 min Run, 5M, 5 min walk
Noon: Legs

Friday, August 12 – Bodyweight exercises

4×20 reps calf raises
4 x10 plies
3x 1 minute wall sit
Small arm circles 3 x 20 forward/backward – arms side, repeat with arms in front
Tendu – 20 front/leg, 20 side/leg, 20 back/leg
Degage – 20 back/leg
